     Facial exercise that helps in making the face brighter and brighter.





     Do you want a charming,cute and beautiful face?  Are you tired of yourself and your face from these shadows and wrinkles?  Do you want your face to be unforgettable for others?  Your answer to all of the above questions would certainly be in the affirmative.  Since impression matters and your face is the biggest asset people notice first and you will definitely like to make your face look attractive and stylish.  But how is this possible, by applying these cosmetics or opting for plastic surgery or the like?


    Giving your face the look you want is very easy and cost-free.  It's free.  Only you have to add an extra task in your daily routine and that too for just 15-20 minutes and the task is a very simple exercise ie "facial exercise".  Yes, facial exercise can remove those facial wrinkles, make your facial skin smooth, beautiful and elegant.  It makes your face look young and smart.  So start doing it NOW!


    Now the big question is: what does the facial exercise do?


    Facial exercise protects the facial muscles from sagging.  Even though you are very beautiful and young, over time your facial muscles will become loose, saggy, and scary.  So if you are young, smart and good looking, doing facial exercises will keep you from loosening facial muscles as you get older and if you are an elderly person, it will minimize plasticity of facial muscles.  Facial exercise will make the skin on your face wrinkle-free and shiny.  It will tone the skin on your face and make you look younger.  At the same time, after performing the exercise, you will feel calm and relaxed.


    How to do a facial exercise?


    By getting some punch from the famous local boxer, the idea isn't bad, but the difficult task is how much punch you need and the champion can charge you for that.  However, the facial exercise is completely free and you can do it yourself.  Only you have to do different exercises for different parts of your face like ear, nose, head, etc.


    If you are a beginner, do daily facial exercises for at least 20 minutes for different parts of your face.  However, after a month, you can opt for three times a week.  Some minor spots may start to appear on your face, but this is normal and will go away automatically over time.


    How to exercise for the eyes?


    1. tone the eye muscles.  To do this, apply pressure to your forehead on both sides of your temple with your fingers.  But do it very slowly.


    Close your eyes and sit up straight.  While closing your eyes, look down first, then up as far as you can see.  Repeat this activity 10 times.


    3.Close your eyes and sit up straight.  Now lift your eyebrows and stretch the eyelids down and up as far as possible.  Repeat this activity 5 times.


    4.With your eyes open, sit up straight and relax.  Start closing your upper eyelids and lift your eyebrows until your eyelids are half closed.  Now open your eyelids, until you start to see your iris.


    5. Sit up straight with your eyes open and look straight, then look down.  Keep your head static.  Repeat the activity 10 times.


    Forehead exercise


    1.Frown as much as you can and try to bring your eyebrows up to your eyes.  In the process, pull the eyebrows towards each other.  Now lift your eyebrows as far as you can while opening your eyes.


    2. Lie down on the bed and continue to see the ceiling.  Lift your eyebrows with open eyes.  Relax and repeat the activity about 10 times.


    3.Sit up straight, seeing straight, start lowering your eyebrows, bend your nose as much as possible, widening your nostrils.  Count to 10. Relax and repeat the activity 5 times.
