    How is normal yoga more capable of losing weight than water yoga?




    Yoga can be put to good use to shed extra pounds to create a state of mental and physical well-being.  The core principles of yoga promote a healthy lifestyle and, when combined with calorie reduction, can help speed up your weight loss.  This will increase your metabolism by increasing the calorie burning process.  All weight loss is based on using more calories than you eat.  This will also allow you to focus and increase your ability to concentrate.


    Another study tells the world that yoga can help with weight control and weight loss.  The latest study was conducted by the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, Washington.


    Depending on yourself, which yoga activity do you like. If you are not able to do normal yoga, can you adopt water yoga. Normal yoga is better than water. Normal yoga will be more beneficial for your body.


     Water Yoga exercise 


     Like most forms of aquatic exercise (in addition to swimming), aqua yoga has a very low impact, making it an ideal way for people with joint pain to improve their strength, flexibility and  their range of motion.  As Katherine Winge, who is trained in Aqua Kriya Yoga and teaches in Austin, Texas, explains, “The buoyancy effect of water relieves the pressure of a person's weight on the joints, thereby relieving pain.  .  or the discomfort that people may experience when exercising.  the body carries less weight in the water, the muscles are relaxed and can therefore be stretched and strengthened with less injury.


    I have seen a wide variety of people benefit from aqua yoga, including people with arthritis, hip or knee replacement, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, muscular dystrophy, anxiety,  depression, people with difficulty balancing, sciatica and beginners as well as people who already have a regular practice.  "




    Aqua Kriya Yoga is a style of teaching water that emerged from an inclusion program at the YMCA in Saratoga, Calif., In the early 2000s, according to Nancy Britton, business manager of Aqua Kriya Yoga.  Founder Camella Nair's approach brings the benefits of yoga to people who are unable to practice on the mat due to physical limitations, injuries or illnesses.  Nair runs Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training programs several times a year.  While there are other methods of aquatic yoga, Nair stands out for his loyalty to modern earthly yoga, including an emphasis on breathing, props, and alignment.


     Normal Yoga Exercise


    The study involved 15,500 healthy middle-aged men and women.  This is a group that generally have a hard time losing weight as the number of calories needed goes down and the energy levels needed to burn calories are not what they used to be.


    Sadly, this is a fact that I have become painfully aware of over the past few years, and reducing my food intake was my last unwanted option.


    Although I cross train almost every day, it took me a year to lose 16 pounds of extra weight.


    Return to school: The practice of yoga has been defined as practicing at least 30 minutes once a week for four years or more.  In comparison, this is really "the bare minimum", and many yoga teachers used to say that this amount of yoga will do nothing.


    How times are changing;  Yoga has kept people in shape for around 5,000 years, and its many health benefits are still a mystery worth investigating.


    Alan R. Kristal, Dr PH, lead author of the study from the Division of Public Health Sciences at the Hutchinson Center, said: “Men and women who were normal weight at 45 and practiced yoga regularly have  gained about three pounds less over that 10 year period.  period.  years than those who haven't practiced yoga.


    Until all studies are complete, it would be safe to say that adding yoga practice to your weekly routine and eating well will help you control your weight or lose weight.




    When looking for a yoga teacher, find one who is compassionate, but who will encourage you to practice more frequently.  The results you get from practicing three to four yoga classes a week regularly will be amazing, especially if you've been practicing yoga for years.


    Yoga has a very low impact - compared to many aerobic exercise routines, and can be practiced for longevity.  Your knees, spine, hips and shoulders will thank you for the condition that Yoga will maintain them.  Many of today's "standard" forms of exercise do not have the same "bragging rights" as yoga.


    When it comes to diet, take the time to identify hunger and cravings.  You will notice that they are not the same thing.  Being a chocolate lover, it is much better to eat a piece of chocolate every now and then than to buy a dozen chocolate donuts.  This is not to justify, or surrender, to chocolate, but to eat it in moderation, and not every day.


    From what I've said so far, it's all about identification, control and moderation.  We must stop the habits of "madness".


    Recently, researchers found that women who were given 1200 mg.  a calcium supplement, on a daily basis, reduces the number of premenstrual cravings by 54%.


    On another note: when you have anxiety, your body makes more of the hormone cortisol, which can increase the volume of carbohydrates you eat.


    Carbohydrates temporarily increase our serotonin levels, which allows us to feel relaxed in the short term.


Your thyroid controls your metabolism and is responsible for the chemical processes that alter the energy in the food.  Yoga uses a series of twisting poses that will help stimulate the workflow of internal organs.  This will increase your metabolism and burn more calories, which will eventually reduce your body weight.  Another side effect is that it will help improve your circulation and increase your energy level.


     Different backs combined with forward curves will help boost metabolism.  If the neck problem is due to hormonal imbalance it may be helpful to stimulate the thyroid affecting the neck area.  The most helpful in this will be the support of camels, rabbits, plows, bridges and heads.  Fast switching between different poses can help reduce weight.  However, beware that severely overweight people may find some of these poses extremely difficult and should gradually start with easy poses and add more because they believe more in easy ones.


     You can use standing poses to increase muscle building like a warrior.  These will help build high endurance and increase your calorie intake.


     Remember that a step-by-step approach is best with all yoga practices.  In the long run the effect on your weight loss will become apparent and even more inner peace and general knowledge that yoga will give a boost in you.
