    How to lose weight after age 50? Review:- My Honest General Experience!


    Everybody likes to keep their body fit and look smart. But some people are able to do it and some are not able to do it. Obesity has become a common disease in the world, which brings with it many diseases. It has been found that after 30 years the man starts getting fat. Some people can keep their body fit by exercising and dieting, but some people become obese due to abstinence. We have shown those steps below, if you follow it, you can easily lose weight even after the age of 50 years.

    Losing weight isn't just about changing what you eat, it's also about adding more exercise throughout the week.

    We need to change our eating habits, stop eating junk food and highly processed foods and replace them with good, healthy foods.  You need to eat foods that provide you with all the nutrients needed to keep our bodies healthy.


    Before making any changes, I recommend that you start a food and activity journal.  In this, you write not only what you eat, but where, when and how you felt at that time.  This will help you see what triggers your hunger and what satisfies your appetite.  What foods do you buy regularly?  What snacks do you keep in the pantry?


    Once you start to see patterns in your journal, you are ready to act.  But keep in mind that deciding to cut calories, fat, saturated fat, and sugar in your diet is a big step forward, and trying to do so at the same time as you strive to dramatically change your level of fat.  'activity.  physical, can be bite too much change at once.  Which, unfortunately, can put you in check.  Instead of trying to make all the changes at once, I recommend that you set yourself smaller, more realistic goals and plan to add a new challenge every week.


    Don't plan to starve yourself either.  It won't help you lose weight.  It is best to eat small, regular meals five or six times a day, so that the body never feels threatened and tempted to conserve its fat stores.  Eating regular meals also helps keep your blood sugar at a constant level so you don't start craving sugary foods when your blood sugar drops.


    Adding fiber to your diet - like whole grain cereals, legumes (lentils and beans), vegetables, and fruits - can help you feel fuller with fewer calories.





    Another good tip: prepare meals 

and snacks at home.  It's a great way to save money, eat healthy, and spend time with your family.  When preparing meals, choose low fat / calorie versions of your favorite foods.


    Snacks can consist of a single piece of fresh fruit, cut raw vegetables, or a container of low-fat yogurt.  These are portable and are a great choice to accompany you to meals.  Take these snacks with you for a healthy alternative to chips, cookies or candy.


    Activity:- As I mentioned earlier, successful weight loss also requires increasing your physical activity.  Aim for at least 30 minutes (adults) or 60 minutes (children) of moderate intensity activity for at least three or more days per week.  If you're just starting to be physically active, remember that even small increases are good for your health.  See your doctor first, then start with a few minutes of activity a day and build up gradually, up to 30 minutes.  If you already do 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity a day, you can get even more health benefits by increasing the duration of your physical activity or participating in more intense activities.


    Balancing the calories consumed against your activity level will either lead to weight loss or weight gain.  The more calories you consume, the more physical you need to be.  For example, for every 100 calories you eat and don't burn per day, you will gain about  pound in a month.  That's about 10 pounds in a year.  The main thing is that in order to lose weight you need to reduce your calories and increase your physical activity.
