Massage with hot salt and cure boils with home remedies! Review:- My honest normal experience!

     What is a boils?

The boil is a localized collection of pus surrounded by inflamed tissue in the skin.  It begins with a sore, reddened area and over time the area around it becomes firm and hard.  The center of the boil full of pus is soft and is filled with infections fighting white blood cells, bacteria and proteins that eradicate the infection.  Finally, the pus forms a head, which can be surgically opened or drained through the surface of the skin.

It is not possible to identify the reason for the appearance of boils.  They can be caused by ingrown hairs, splinters or foreign objects lodged in the skin or clogged sweat glands that become infected to name a few.  Boils can happen to young and old alike.  It is one of the common skin infections ranging from the severity of a pimple to an abscess.  Boils can be treated with home remedies or medications.  Any painful boil that does not improve quickly should be examined by the healthcare professional.

Massaging the boils with hot salt.

The main treatment for boils is the application of heat in the form of hot soaks or hot compresses.  Applying a warm compress increases circulation to the area, allowing the body to fight off the infection.  10 to 15 minutes of hot compress four to five times a day will help bring to a boil and promote easy drainage.

If your skin boils frequently, start cleaning your skin with an antiseptic soap.  This could reduce the frequency of boils.

Regular use of antibacterial soaps helps prevent bacteria from building up on the skin.  This can reduce the risk of infection of the hair follicles and prevent the formation of boils.

If the hair follicles on the back of the arms or in and around the thighs continue to be inflamed, regular use of a loofah can break up oil plugs and build up around the follicles.

Cysts often turn into boils.  Cysts can be avoided by avoiding direct pressure or irritation on the buttock area when the hair follicle becomes inflamed.  Regular cleaning and drying with soap and hot water is helpful.

Some of the home remedies for boils

Garlic or onion juice applied externally to the boils helps ripen them, break them, and drain the pus.

A cup of fresh bitter gourd juice mixed with a teaspoon of lime juice taken daily on an empty stomach treats this condition.

Mix 1 teaspoon of cream of milk mixed with 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar and a pinch of turmeric powder to form a paste.  When applied, it helps to ripen the blood and heal it without becoming septic.

Gently heat a betal leaf until it becomes soft.  Coat it with a layer of castor oil and place it on the inflamed part.  Replace the foil every few hours.  Few applications of the betal leaf coated with castor oil will break and suppress the boil.

Ground cumin seeds in water forming a paste.  Apply the paste on the boils with beneficial results.

Soak the parsley in boiled water until tender and juicy.  When warm, wrap it in clean muslin or linen and apply it on the boils.

Applying turmeric powder to a boil helps it ripen and pop.
